Job Description

Are you ready to take on an exciting role in process engineering? HERO RECRUITMENT is looking for a talented Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team in Ballina, County Mayo, Ireland!



What You'll Do:



  • Lead process improvement projects and guide team members

  • Implement new manufacturing processes

  • Develop concepts for automated systems

  • Support new product introductions

  • Ensure safety compliance and conduct risk assessments



What You'll Need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, or Electrical/Controls preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering or project management

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD
