Job Description

Hey there, tech enthusiast! 👋 Ready for an exciting opportunity?



TELEFLEX is on the hunt for a Global Head of Engineering for Manufacturing to join our team in County Westmeath, Ireland! 🍀



What's the gig about?


In a nutshell, you'll be driving the development of Global Engineering, unifying and standardizing our approach across the board. It's all about making our engineering processes smoother, smarter, and more efficient!



Your main missions (should you choose to accept them):



  • Develop and deploy a kick-butt Global Engineering Strategy

  • Set up preventive and predictive maintenance programs

  • Manage equipment, tools, and molds like a boss

  • Standardize engineering line support

  • Implement cool stuff like automation and disruptive technologies

  • Make our R&D teams' lives easier with your DFM expertise



What we're looking for:



  • An advanced degree in Engineering

  • 10+ years of Engineering Leadership experience

  • Six Sigma Black Belt (fancy!)

  • A knack for balancing multiple global projects

  • Statistical wizardry and DOE experience
