Job Description

Join STOCKPORT COUNTY FC as Head of Retail Operations! 🏆⚽



Are you ready to lead our retail game to victory? We're looking for a star player to join our team and take charge of our retail operations!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Lead the retail team at our Edgeley Park store

  • Oversee our multichannel retail operations, ensuring top-notch customer experiences

  • Develop exciting retail strategies and seasonal campaigns

  • Manage our e-commerce platform (currently on Shopify)

  • Work closely with our Marketing Team to create awesome retail marketing strategies



What We're Looking For:



  • Retail experience (bonus points for sports club experience!)

  • E-commerce platform know-how

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Proven track record in marketing and promoting retail products

  • Strong people management skills
