Hey there! We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our awesome team in Sligo. If you love helping people and have a knack for sales, this could be your perfect gig!



What You'll Do:



  • Be the friendly face of our company, greeting customers with a smile 😊

  • Help customers find the perfect rental car for their needs

  • Recommend cool extras that might make their trip even better

  • Handle phone calls and emails like a pro

  • Close rental agreements and keep everything running smoothly



What We're Looking For:



  • A people person with a passion for customer service

  • Someone who's great with computers and can handle Microsoft Office

  • A team player who can keep up in our fast-paced environment

  • A full, clean driving license (at least 2 years of experience)

  • Fluent English speaker (other languages are a bonus!)
