What you'll be doing:

• Diving deep into functional testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O


• Crafting use cases and managing the bug lifecycle like a pro


• Showing off your API testing skills with tools like Postman and JMeter


• Flexing your automation muscles, especially with CRM test automation


• Collaborating with the team to implement and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM solutions

What we're looking for:

• At least 5+ years of experience in software QA and testing


• A solid understanding of QA concepts and methodologies


• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA and Azure TFS


• Strong communication skills to explain complex tech stuff to non-techies


• Experience with Office 365, Power BI, PowerApps, and other Microsoft goodies
