Job Description

Are you ready to be the bridge between sales and operations in the exciting world of cybersecurity? TRISKELE LABS is on the hunt for a Cyber Business Analyst who can turn complex SOC proposals into crystal-clear action plans! 🚀



What you'll be doing:



  • Crafting super-detailed Service Delivery Schedules for our SOC clients

  • Creating 'as built' docs that show off our awesome work

  • Making sure our sales team isn't promising the moon and stars (unless we can deliver them, of course!)

  • Being the go-to person for all things SOC-related in our Technical Customer Success team



What we're looking for:



  • Tech savvy: You know your SOCs from your socks!

  • Business brain: You can translate techspeak into client-friendly lingo
