What's the gig all about? 🤔



  • Be the first point of contact for our clients

  • Handle around 60 calls per day (that's our target!)

  • Help connect people with disabilities to employment opportunities

  • Work with a great team in a supportive environment



What we're looking for:



  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in a call centre or customer service role is a plus

  • Ability to work in a structured environment
