What's the gig about?

You'll be the go-to person for our clients, solving tricky IT issues and working with cool tech like Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint. It's all about keeping our clients' systems running smoothly and being their IT superhero! 💪

What you'll be doing:

• Troubleshooting complex IT problems in Windows environments


• Managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and SharePoint


• Configuring routers and switches (if that's your thing!)


• Working closely with clients to understand their needs


• Collaborating with our awesome team on projects


• Staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends

What we're looking for:

• Experience in Level 1/2 Support, preferably in an MSP environment


• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft suite


• Networking skills are a plus!


• Great problem-solving abilities and cool under pressure


• Awesome communication skills


• IT certifications are a big bonus
