Here's what you'll be doing:

• Handling the entire recruitment process from start to finish


• Making sure all the paperwork is in order (because let's face it, paperwork is important!)


• Rolling out cool training and development initiatives


• Coaching our supervisors and managers on how to handle employee relations like pros


• Keeping in touch with the Head Office HR team to make sure we're all on the same page

What we're looking for:

• A degree in HR or something similar (or some awesome experience in HR/Recruitment)


• Someone who's super detail-oriented and great with admin stuff


• A good understanding of employment laws and best practices


• Someone who's all about health and safety


• A people person with amazing communication skills


• A time management wizard who can juggle multiple tasks
