What we're looking for:

• A passionate L&D pro who can think big but isn't afraid to get their hands dirty


• Someone who can sweet-talk our senior leaders into jumping on the learning bandwagon


• A creative mind that can make even the most boring compliance training feel like a Netflix binge


• Experience with LMS implementation (bonus points if you can do it with your eyes closed!)


• Manufacturing or heavy industry background is a plus (we like our L&D with a side of steel-toed boots)
