Job Description

Join Our Team as a Senior Architectural Technologist! 🏗️



Are you ready to take your architectural tech skills to the next level? FARRAR BAMFORTH ARCHITECTURE LTD is looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Huddersfield, England!



What You'll Do:



  • Lead the production of detailed architectural drawings using Autodesk CAD and Revit

  • Oversee technical drawings and specs, ensuring they meet design intent and regulations

  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather crucial project data

  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration

  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Help with project proposals and business development

  • Provide technical support during construction

  • Work towards annual sales and invoicing targets



What You'll Need:



  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field

  • At least 6 years of experience in a senior role

  • Proficiency in CAD and BIM software

  • Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction methods

  • Excellent technical drawing and leadership skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
