What You'll Do:
- Lead the production of detailed architectural drawings using Autodesk CAD and Revit
- Oversee technical drawings and specs, ensuring they meet design intent and regulations
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather crucial project data
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Help with project proposals and business development
- Provide technical support during construction
- Work towards annual sales and invoicing targets
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in a senior role
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent technical drawing and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
