What you'll be doing:

• Monitoring systems like a hawk 🦅


• Troubleshooting tech problems like a pro 🔧


• Escalating tricky issues to the big guns when needed


• Working some cool shifts, including nights and weekends

What you'll need:

• A degree in Computing OR 2+ years of corporate IT experience


• Incident escalation skills (using fancy software like Heat or Remedy)


• A customer-focused attitude and top-notch communication skills


• A passion for tech and a hunger to learn


• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends

Bonus points if you have:

• Unix OS knowledge


• Scripting skills


• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools


• Enterprise scheduling software know-how


• Hardware/Software certifications


• Financial services industry experience
