  • 교통, 유저 확장, 디자인 시스템 개선 참여

  • 비즈니스 목표와 사용자 문제 분석, UX 목표 설정

  • 데이터 기반 문제 도출 및 가설 검증

  • 사용자 중심의 제품 설계 및 프로토타입 제작
