We're looking for someone awesome to lead our digital systems mechanical engineering team in Auckland, with a bit of global flair (think Ensenada and Italy).



What you'll be doing:



  • 🚀 Leading new product developments - on time, on budget, and on spec

  • Designing mechanical architecture for thermal management, DFM, and DFA

  • Supporting Navico and ODM factories

  • Keeping our development framework top-notch

  • Managing tools, tracking KPIs, and staying on top of industry trends

What we're looking for:



  • 8+ years in product design

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering
