Job Description

We're on the hunt for an experienced Design Coordinator or Design Manager to be part of something big! Our client, an award-winning building contractor, is embarking on a prestigious 3-year project in Cardiff, and we need your expertise!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other design pros

  • Reviewing and approving design drawings and specs

  • Chatting with clients to ensure their needs are met

  • Keeping everything up to code and safe

  • Overseeing budgets and schedules for the design phase

  • Troubleshooting design issues during construction

  • Evaluating change requests

  • Keeping records and providing status reports

  • Supporting the construction team with technical guidance

  • Helping with project closeout activities
