What's the gig?
As our UX Researcher, you'll be the sherlock of user insights, uncovering the clues that will help us create amazing products. You'll be working with our awesome Product team, conducting all sorts of cool research to guide our online platform rebuild.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Team up with Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to set research goals
- Dive into user research using interviews, surveys, usability tests, and more
- Turn your findings into actionable insights that'll wow our stakeholders
- Create personas and user journeys that'll guide our design decisions
- Run usability testing sessions like a pro
- Analyze data to spot patterns and themes for our design strategies
- Work closely with the Design team to bring your insights to life in our products
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience with various user research methods
- Expert at turning data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with UX in Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in research tools like User Testing and User Interviews
- Ability to create personas and user journeys
- Great communication skills to present your findings
- Problem-solving mindset with a user-centered focus
- Confidence in presenting to stakeholders and participants
Bonus points if you have:
- A qualification in HCI, Psychology, or equivalent experience
- Experience in global or corporate settings
- Familiarity with remote research tools
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Experience with large-scale online platform rebuilds
