What's the gig about?

We're looking for someone who's passionate about understanding user behavior and can turn data into actionable insights. You'll be working with our Product team to help shape the direction of our digital products and content.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading quantitative research projects


• Collaborating with our Data Intelligence Unit


• Running usability tests, interviews, and surveys


• Translating complex data into clear insights


• Managing research operations and participant data

What we're looking for:

• At least two years of experience in user research


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• A degree in Psychology, HCI, Human Factors, or related field


• Proficiency in data analysis tools and survey platforms
