Are you ready to kick-start your career in the exciting world of manufacturing? THE ONE GROUP LTD is on the hunt for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join a global manufacturing powerhouse known for its cutting-edge innovation and precision engineering. 🚀



What's the gig all about?



As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be the backbone of the manufacturing process. You'll be creating and maintaining important documents, optimizing methods, and solving complex challenges. It's like being a detective and a problem-solver rolled into one!



Your day-to-day adventures will include:




  • Creating and maintaining manufacturing docs (think route cards, BOMs, work instructions)

  • Optimizing manufacturing methods for top-notch efficiency and quality

  • Being the go-to person for non-conforming parts

  • Managing change review processes

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements

  • Supporting continuous improvement activities

  • Conducting root cause analysis (put on your detective hat!)

  • Assisting in New Product Introduction activities



What you'll need in your toolkit:




  • A degree, HND, or HNC in a relevant field

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • A team player attitude with great communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Project is a bonus!)
