Job Description

Are you ready to join a global leader in precision engineering? BMS PERFORMANCE IRELAND is on the hunt for a Quality Engineer to join their amazing team in Shannon! 🏭



About the Company


This multinational precision engineering company has been rocking the industry for over 50 years! They're all about high standards and top-notch quality, serving various sectors like medical devices, aerospace, automotive, and energy.



What You'll Be Doing



  • Keeping the QMS documentation and systems in tip-top shape

  • Playing detective with internal audits and solving any pesky non-conformances

  • Putting on your superhero cape to improve manufacturing and business processes

  • Leading the charge on quality problem investigations

  • Developing quality controls for new and existing products

  • Being a awesome mentor to 2-3 Quality Technicians



What We're Looking For



  • Quality experience in a manufacturing environment (this is a must-have!)

  • Strong quality skills and the ability to work independently

Salary range: €45,000-€55,000 (depending on your experience)
