仕事内容:



  • 顧客サービス、設置、引き渡しの調整と実施

  • 顧客サイトやデモ施設での装置サポート

  • アプリケーション調査の実施と顧客へのレポート作成

  • 顧客トレーニングの実施

  • サービスキューの管理と部品・エンジニアの配置

  • 新人エンジニアや顧客へのトラブルシューティング指導



求める人物像:



  • 技術分野の学位保持者(電気・機械工学など)

  • 装置自動化の経験(ハードウェア・ソフトウェア)

  • 優れた問題解決能力と顧客サービス管理経験

  • 英語と韓国語での高いコミュニケーション能力
