Job Description

Join the KM PROPERTY FUNDS Team as a Property Fund Accountant! 🏢💼



Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in property fund accounting? KM PROPERTY FUNDS is looking for a talented individual to join our finance team in Melbourne CBD!



What You'll Do:



  • Manage accounting and financial reporting for property funds

  • Handle investor distributions and liaise with external registry

  • Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and cashflow planning

  • Maintain investment and tax registers

  • Assist with treasury administration and compliance

  • Update accounting policies and procedures

  • Support the team with reporting, research, and analysis



What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar

  • CAANZ or CPA qualification

  • Advanced Excel and modeling skills

  • Real estate and fund accounting experience

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics FinOps, MYOB)

  • Experience with Argus and Estate Master (preferred)
