We're CUSCAL LIMITED, Australia's leading independent provider of payment solutions, and we're on the hunt for a Client Implementation Manager to join our awesome team! 🚀



What's the gig about?


In a nutshell, you'll be the go-to person for guiding our clients through the onboarding process. You'll make sure they have a smooth ride integrating our products and keep our implementation practices up to date with the latest market trends.



Your day-to-day might look like this:



  • Making our clients' lives easier by managing expectations and delivering on time

  • Juggling communication between clients, product teams, and tech folks

  • Putting on your detective hat to find ways to improve our processes

  • Sharing your product knowledge like a boss

  • Keeping an eye on client satisfaction and making it even better



What we're looking for:



  • Experience in client delivery (bonus points if it's in a multi-client environment)
