Job Description

Hey there, future Business Analyst! 👋



Are you ready for an exciting opportunity with SOUTHERN CROSS HEALTHCARE in Auckland? We're on the lookout for a talented Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. And guess what? There's potential for it to become permanent! 🎉



What you'll be doing:



  • Guiding the business to improve processes and products

  • Creating new care pathways for our patients

  • Finding opportunities to boost efficiency

  • Analyzing key business data

  • Providing insights for data-driven decision making



What we're looking for:



  • 3+ years of business analysis experience

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Information Systems, or similar)

  • Strong skills in creative thinking and stakeholder partnerships

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum

  • Understanding of Project Management and software development lifecycles
