Job Description

Hey there! 👋 Looking for an exciting opportunity in the insurance world?



SEDGWICK IRELAND is on the hunt for a stellar Motor Claims Handler to join their team in Dublin! 🚗💼



What you'll be doing:



  • Handling motor damage claims like a pro 🏆

  • Negotiating and settling claims within your authority

  • Being the go-to person for customers and colleagues alike

  • Providing top-notch customer service with a smile 😊

  • Keeping an eagle eye out for any fraudulent activity



What you'll need:



  • At least two years of experience handling motor damage claims

  • A Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification in General Insurance (ideally)

  • A knack for customer service and problem-solving



This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into the details, making independent decisions, and always looking for ways to improve processes. You'll be working with a great team and helping to create a premium experience for both customers and employees.
