What you'll be doing:



  • Handling motor damage claims like a pro 🏆

  • Negotiating and settling claims within your authority

  • Being the go-to person for customers and colleagues alike

  • Providing top-notch customer service with a smile 😊

  • Keeping an eagle eye out for any fraudulent activity



What you'll need:



  • At least two years of experience handling motor damage claims

  • A Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification in General Insurance (ideally)

  • A knack for customer service and problem-solving
