We're on the hunt for an Insurance Operations Manager to join a Global Insurance organization in Dublin! 🌍

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Achieving quality, productivity, and cost objectives


• Supporting the implementation of business strategy


• Being the go-to person for all things underwriting


• Keeping the big bosses in the loop with regular reports


• Helping transition tasks from underwriting to local operations teams


• Performing audits and quality checks


• Making our processes smoother and more efficient


• Getting involved in cool projects and programs

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a similar role in the insurance industry


• Strong understanding of underwriting and insurance systems


• Team management skills


• Great communication and customer service abilities

This is a temp position with the potential to go permanent, and we're offering a flexible salary based on your experience. You'll be working in a hybrid setup, with 3 days on-site in South Dublin.
