What's the gig about?

• Lead our digital systems mechanical engineering team

What you'll be doing:

• Manage new product developments


• Design mechanical architecture for thermal management


• Support our factories and improve processes


• Keep up with industry trends and supplier capabilities


• Collaborate with various teams and drive cost improvements

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of product design experience


• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering


• Strong knowledge of digital tools (CAD, PDM, Analysis)


• Experience with product testing and environmental verification


• Expertise in thermal design and management

Bonus points if you have:

• Leadership experience with local and global teams


• Previous experience in the Marine industry
