What You'll Be Doing:

• Driving process improvement and safety across our plant 🏭


• Managing plant drawings (PID, PFD, layout, and shop floor)


• Developing and optimizing industrial processes


• Collaborating with other departments to meet improvement and safety goals


• Fostering a strong safety culture

What We're Looking For:

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience


• Process control expertise


• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (poly-urethane, water-based, acrylic products)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent organizational and project management abilities


• Proactive and motivated attitude
