What you'll be doing:

• Helping manage projects and making sure we hit our targets


• Keeping track of schedules and task lists


• Crunching numbers and analyzing data using Excel, PowerBI, and Maximo


• Making sure all our project docs are up-to-date and organized


• Working with our contractors and helping manage payments

What we're looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field


• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination


• Someone who's a pro with Project Management tools, PowerBI, and Maximo


• A master of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• A super organized multitasker with great communication skills
