Job Description

Are you ready to make a difference in people's lives? We're looking for a friendly and organized Customer Care and Bookings Coordinator to join our amazing team!



What You'll Do:



  • Be the friendly voice on the phone for our customers 📞

  • Book seating assessments like a pro 📅

  • Work closely with our product specialists to make their schedules super efficient

  • Occasionally reach out to customers to promote assessments

  • Support our awesome sales team

  • Manage diaries and engineer call-outs



What We're Looking For:



  • A-level qualifications or equivalent

  • Customer service experience

  • Knowledge of our products and industry (don't worry, we'll teach you!)

  • Excellent phone skills and English language abilities

  • Good understanding of UK geography

  • Tech-savvy with internal systems and Google Maps

  • Team player attitude

  • Attention to detail and great organizational skills

  • Full driving license
