안녕하세요! BIO-RAD LABORATORIES의 실험실 시스템/장비에 대한 판매 후 현장 기술 서비스 지원을 제공할 열정적인 필드 서비스 엔지니어를 모집합니다.



주요 업무:



  • 고객 기술 지원의 최전선에서 활약

  • 서비스 헬프라인 관리 및 원격 문제 해결

  • 사내 기술 서비스 조정 및 수리/QC 기술 지원

  • 서비스 워크플로우 유지 및 서비스 재고 관리

  • 추적 가능한 서비스 문서화 보장



자격 요건:



  • 전자/기계/생체의학 공학 학사 학위

  • 관련 분야 7년 이상 경력 (진단 의료, 생명 과학 기기 선호)

  • 독립적으로 일하고 적극적으로 피드백 제공 가능

  • 전자 문제 해결에 대한 기술 지식
