Hey there! We're looking for an awesome Assistant Manager to join our Retail Leasing squad. If you're passionate about real estate and love making deals happen, this could be your perfect gig!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • 📊 Revenue Generation: You'll be the mastermind behind leasing retail spaces across our properties in India.

  • 🤝 Lease Management: You'll handle everything from renewals to pricing and contract management.

  • 🏗️ Pre-leasing Development: Get in on the ground floor with our upcoming projects!

  • 🤼 Team Player: You'll work closely with our Park Heads, Projects, and Operations teams.



What We're Looking For:



  • 📚 Postgraduate degree

  • 💼 2-3 years of experience in Retail Real Estate leasing

  • 🧠 Sharp understanding of market dynamics and lease management processes

  • 🗣️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
