Job Description

Are you passionate about real estate and accounting? We're looking for a detail-oriented Construction Accountant to join our dynamic team at GALLAGHER MOHAN!



What We Do:


We're all about supporting real estate industry clients with top-notch financial analysis, marketing, and accounting services. Our clients include private equity investors, developers, fund managers, and brokers. We handle transactions ranging from $10 million to $200+ million USD in the US and European markets.



Your Role:



  • Work closely with Asset Managers and PM teams

  • Handle construction accounting tasks accurately and on time

  • Prepare replacement and renovation draws

  • Manage rent rolls and financial data

  • Calculate construction management fees

  • Create vendor aging reports

  • Handle bank and invoice backups

  • Enter data into RealPage and Banner software

  • Perform GL reconciliations



What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (required)

  • MBA or Master's in a related field (preferred)

  • 2-3 years of experience in real estate or construction accounting

  • Knowledge of RealPage or Banner Software



Job Details:



  • Full-time, permanent position

  • Remote work opportunity

  • EST/PST (US Time Zone) shift timings
