RAY WHITE COMMERCIAL CANBERRA is on the hunt for an awesome Commercial Property Manager to join our growing team. We're a locally owned and operated bunch with a whopping 205 years of combined experience in the nation's capital!



About Us:



  • Part of Australasia's largest real estate group

  • 20+ staff strong in our Commercial Canberra branch

  • Over 120 staff across multiple departments in the Ray White Canberra Group

  • We've got industry leaders, national award winners, and market experts on our team



What You'll Do:



  • Manage a portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties

  • Provide top-notch service to clients

  • Help grow our business by securing new clients

  • Work with a team of Property Managers, Associate Property Managers, Facilities Manager & Trust Accountants



Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle tenant arrears and annual rent reviews

  • Approve owner payments

  • Manage after-hours maintenance

  • Conduct property inspections

  • Coordinate building upgrades and refurbishments

  • Manage lease renewals and negotiations

  • And much more!



What We're Looking For:



  • At least 5 years of property management experience

  • Current Real Estate Registration in the ACT

  • Knowledge of relevant ACT legislation

  • Intermediate skills in Google Suite & Microsoft Office

  • Strong relationship-building abilities

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
