Job Description

Join RES as a Land Acquisition Manager! 🌿🌞



Hey there! Are you passionate about renewable energy and want to make a difference? RES, the world's largest independent renewable energy company, is looking for a Land Acquisition Manager to join our awesome team!



What You'll Do:



  • Lead negotiations for securing property rights for renewable energy projects

  • Focus on acquiring land for grid connections

  • Support the team in securing land for main project sites

  • Find creative solutions to address landowner concerns

  • Work with lawyers and agents to manage property aspects

  • Help with due diligence and financial close processes

  • Assist in selecting new sites for grid connections



What You'll Need:



  • Knowledge of property law and documentation

  • Great people skills to build rapport with rural landowners

  • Experience in budgetary and risk management

  • Familiarity with linear infrastructure acquisition (preferred)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (GIS software knowledge is a plus)

  • Willingness to travel around Australia

  • Valid driver's license
