What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) 💪


• Manage clinical trials from Phase I to IV


• Ensure quality monitoring and compliance with regulations


• Build relationships with clinical sites


• Support site audits and inspections

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field (advanced degrees preferred)


• At least 5 years of experience in biotech or pharma


• 1+ year of people management experience


• Solid understanding of FDA regulations, GCP, and ICH guidelines


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
