Job Description

Join a Leading E-commerce Company as a Senior Business Analyst! 🚀



SIGMAR RECRUITMENT is looking for experienced Business Analysts to join the Marketplace and Technology team of a major e-commerce client. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that values innovation and continuous improvement!



What You'll Do:



  • Analyze the digital experience and identify areas for optimization

  • Translate business requirements into executable specifications

  • Work with global analytics teams to ensure consistent performance measurement

  • Communicate business performance to facilitate decision-making

  • Create prototypes and present to senior management



What You'll Need:



  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience

  • Technical analysis skills (Python is a plus)

  • SQL experience

  • Familiarity with agile PI planning

  • Understanding of call center requirements

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proactive attitude
