안녕하세요! NAO NOW는 학생들에게 흥미로운 언어 학습 기회를 제공하는 동적인 ESL 학습 플랫폼입니다. 우리는 학습자들의 삶에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 팀원들을 위한 지원적인 환경을 만드는 데 전념하고 있습니다.



주요 업무:



  • 이메일, 채팅, 전화를 통해 학생, 학부모, 교육자들의 문의에 전문적으로 응답

  • 효과적인 해결책 제공 및 적시에 후속 조치

  • 고객 상호작용에 대한 정확하고 체계적인 기록 유지

  • 고객 만족도와 높은 품질의 지원을 위해 내부 팀과 협력

  • 사용자 피드백의 트렌드를 파악하고 전달하여 플랫폼 개선에 기여



자격 요건:



  • 고객 서비스 경험 (교육 또는 e-러닝 분야 선호)

  • 뛰어난 의사소통 능력 (문서 및 구두)

  • 강한 문제 해결 능력과 세심한 주의력

  • 원격 환경에서 독립적으로 일할 수 있는 능력
