Job Description

Hey there! 👋 Excited about joining AMAZON?



We're on the lookout for a Quality Associate to join our Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team in Hyderabad. This role is all about making a direct impact on our customers! 🎯



What you'll be doing:



  • Acting as manual audit support for Image Audits

  • Troubleshooting and validating solutions

  • Working on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects

  • Enhancing current tools and automating support processes



What we're looking for:



  • Detail-oriented problem solver

  • Great communication skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products

  • Bachelor's degree



Bonus points if you're fluent in English!



A few things to note:



  • This is a 24/7 shift environment with rotational shifts

  • You'll get two consecutive days off each week (5-day work week)
