What You'll Be Doing:



  • Evaluating customer interactions to improve satisfaction scores

  • Analyzing spreadsheets to identify patterns and guide performance training

  • Ensuring proper information is given to customers

  • Auditing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Reviewing operational procedures across various communication channels

  • Conducting audits and reporting results

  • Facilitating calibration sessions for consistency in evaluation

  • Assisting with administrative functions and quality reports



What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6+ months of customer service and call center experience

  • Data interpretation and manipulation skills
