Job Description

Hey there, game enthusiast! 👋 Ready for an exciting role in the gaming world?



GENPACT is on the lookout for a Content Moderator to join their Trust & Safety team. Here's what you need to know:



What you'll be doing:



  • Keeping 3D gaming environments safe and fun 🎮

  • Reviewing text, images, and videos for any no-no content

  • Spotting bugs and glitches to ensure smooth gameplay

  • Making quick decisions based on guidelines

  • Dealing with some pretty intense content at times



What you'll need:



  • A degree (any field works!)

  • Solid English skills (B2 level or higher)

  • Flexibility to work weekends

  • Basic PC skills

  • A passion for PC gaming



Bonus points if you:



  • Have experience with popular games like PUBG, Fortnite, or COD

  • Are tech-savvy and culturally aware
