Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences? Do you have a keen eye for detail and love analyzing data? We're looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our CAP Quality Assurance team at AMAZON!



What You'll Do:



  • Execute quality audits to support Operations, Program, and Product initiatives

  • Evaluate customer contacts for compliance with policies and procedures

  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide key insights

  • Develop content to drive improvements and policy adherence

  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance process efficiency and customer experience



Your Typical Day (A.U.D.I.T.):



  • Assess: Execute quality audits and evaluate customer contacts

  • Understand: Participate in calibration sessions and quality calls

  • Deliver: Analyze performance indicators and report to Operations Leadership

  • Identify: Spot process gaps and improvement opportunities

  • Take Action: Communicate actionable items to QA & Operations teams



What We're Looking For:



  • Experience in conducting quality assurance audits

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, SQL, Tableau/Power BI)

  • Familiarity with e-commerce

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
