What You'll Do:
- Execute quality audits to support Operations, Program, and Product initiatives
- Evaluate customer contacts for compliance with policies and procedures
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide key insights
- Develop content to drive improvements and policy adherence
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance process efficiency and customer experience
Your Typical Day (A.U.D.I.T.):
- Assess: Execute quality audits and evaluate customer contacts
- Understand: Participate in calibration sessions and quality calls
- Deliver: Analyze performance indicators and report to Operations Leadership
- Identify: Spot process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Take Action: Communicate actionable items to QA & Operations teams
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in conducting quality assurance audits
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, SQL, Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with e-commerce
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
