Job Description

Join the TIDE Team as a Fraud Rapid Response Analyst! 🌊



Hey there! Are you ready to dive into an exciting role at TIDE, where we're all about empowering small businesses? We're looking for a super-star Analyst to join our Fraud Rapid Response team in Hyderabad. 🕵️‍♀️



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Answering emergency calls from businesses reporting fraud

  • Working with other banks to recover funds

  • Keeping our members informed throughout investigations

  • Analyzing data to improve our products and services

  • Supporting new team members and helping with back-office tasks



What We're Looking For:



  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Fluency in English (C1/C2 level)

  • At least 1 year of international customer support experience

  • 2+ years in customer service

  • Comfort with 24/7 rotational shifts

  • Experience with tools like Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira

  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for patterns
