Join the BEGA GROUP Team as a Processing Operator! 🏭



Hey there! We're looking for a awesome Processing Operator to join our team at the iconic Wetherill Park site in Sydney. This is a great opportunity to be part of our Milk Based Beverages (MBB) hub, where we make some of Australia's favorite dairy products like Dare Iced Coffee and Farmers Union. 😋



What You'll Do:



  • Prepare recipes and mix ingredients

  • Control systems and help unload raw ingredients

  • Operate cool SCADA systems to control processing equipment

  • Plan and prioritize cleans, batching, and processing



What We're Looking For:



  • Computer skills - You'll be working with control systems a lot!

  • Problem-solving skills - We love creative thinkers!

  • Team player attitude - We're all in this together!

  • Learning agility - Always ready to grow and improve



The best part? You'll work a great shift pattern of 12.33 hours per shift on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6 am to 6:20 pm. That means 3 days on and 4 days off! 🎉
