Are you ready to join one of Australia's biggest meat processing companies? We're looking for a super-organized Load Planner to join our team at SHARP & CARTER!

What's the gig about? 🍖🚚

You'll be the mastermind behind our load plans, making sure our delicious meats get where they need to go efficiently and on time. It's like playing a real-life game of Tetris, but with meat!

Your day-to-day adventures will include:

• Analyzing and optimizing load plans (because who doesn't love a good spreadsheet?)


• Playing liaison between Sales, Production Planning, and Logistics (you'll be everyone's new best friend!)


• Crunching numbers and interpreting data like a pro


• Keeping an eye on those all-important KPIs


• Mastering our ERP system (it's like leveling up in a video game, but for work)

What we're looking for in our Load Planning superhero:

• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations (bonus points if it's in FMCG or manufacturing)


• Excel wizardry (if you can XLOOKUP with your eyes closed, we want you!)


• A knack for problem-solving and juggling multiple priorities


• Communication skills that would make a diplomat jealous


• Familiarity with transport regulations (because rules are cool, right?)
