Hey there! We're looking for an awesome Engineering Manager to lead our Messaging Surfaces team. Here's what you need to know:



What You'll Do:



  • Lead a team of 4-6 frontend and backend engineers 👨‍💻👩‍💻

  • Coach and mentor your team members

  • Work on complex messaging preferences and notifications

  • Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmaps

  • Drive planning and refinement of seasonal goals



What We're Looking For:



  • Experience in technical people leadership

  • Strong background in software development

  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, MobX (a plus!)

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
