楽天ペイメント株式会社では、オンライン決済サービス「楽天ペイ」のシステム開発・運用を担当するプロデューサーを募集しています。



主な業務内容:



  • 要件定義から運用保守まで、プロジェクト全体のリード

  • 顧客ニーズの把握とシステム企画・設計への参画

  • プロジェクト管理とKPI管理

  • ステークホルダーへの報告とエスカレーション

  • サービス維持のための包括的なプロジェクト計画の策定



求めるスキル・経験:



  • 要件定義の経験(3年以上)

  • PMまたはPLとしてのプロジェクト推進経験

  • Webサービス開発のプロジェクト管理経験(5年以上あれば尚可)

  • 問題解決能力と自主的な行動力

  • チームワークと責任感
