Job Description

Are you ready to make a real difference in Māori development? Te Puni Kōkiri, the Ministry of Māori Development, is looking for passionate Policy Managers to join our team in Wellington! 🌿



What's the gig about?



  • Lead and mentor policy teams

  • Contribute to strategic policy issues

  • Work with iwi, hapū, and whānau

  • Influence policy across the Ministry



What we're looking for:



  • Leadership experience in government policy teams

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Māori
