Hey there! Are you ready for an amazing opportunity in the world of high-end interior design? ANNE HAIMES INTERIORS is looking for a fantastic Project Administrator to join our team in Henley-on-Thames!



What's the gig?



  • Coordinate luxurious interior design projects from start to finish

  • Work with designers to quote items and manage orders

  • Keep track of schedules and budgets

  • Communicate with suppliers and handle logistics

  • Help create stunning spaces for discerning clients



Who are we looking for?



  • Organized and proactive go-getter

  • At least 2 years of admin experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign

  • Passionate about interior design (though this isn't a design role)

  • Great communicator who can stay calm under pressure
